A holiday park or caravan park is usually a location where holidaymakers with recreational vehicles may stay overnight or for longer, at designated camping grounds. A good way to get around the campground is to use a caravan, but make sure you have all the necessary accessories before leaving for your trip. If you plan to stay at the park for a while then make sure you purchase a good map. Also ensure you carry your vehicle registration with you so you are able to rent the vehicle back if you get stuck and need to use it again the next day. Another accessory that can be useful if you are not using your caravan is a spare tire.
The campground itself should be kept tidy at all times so you need to make sure the campsite is clean and free of clutter. Make sure to empty it regularly so the ground is free from dust. Don’t forget to clear out any unused furniture. It’s a good idea to make a list of any rubbish that you don’t need, this way you won’t find it lying around and looking untidy when you return.
